Reservation & Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION POLICY

Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 35% of the total tour cost in advance and rest to be paid prior to the commencing of the tour so as to protect all arrangements on definite arrival basis.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Ø 30 days before the commencement of the tour : 35% of the tour cost will be levied.·

Ø 15 days before the commencement of the tour : 45% of the tour cost will be levied.·

Ø Less than 15 days before the commencement of the tour : 75% of the tour cost will be levied.·

Ø Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour : 100% of the tour cost will be levied.·

Ø No refund is entitled “ for no shows “·
